    The above award was bagged by Crest for its outstanding deployment of technology in the media and entertainment space. Our state of the art IT set up enables us to handle multiple SD & HD projects simultaneously.

    Crest Team including CEO AK Madhavan,Head of Technology Shajy Thomas and Storage Specialist G Hariharan recieved the prestigious Award at the hands of the Hon Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh at the Maharashtra IT Awards ceremony held on 14th November 2007 in Mumbai.

Crest utilizes programs equivalent to those used at industry standard-bearers. These proprietary in-house developed programs include:

RenderMAX, HPTC, High Performance Grid Computing JobScheduler
Crest developed a High-Performance Computing (HPC) Cluster system, RENDERMAX, designed to handle complex production pipelines using LINUX and other operating tools.

RusHour, Asset Management
Crest has developed proprietary online project tracking software which help track entire projects online.

R&D
Crest’s specialized R&D team has achieved breakthroughs in animation technology for Hair, Fluid Systems and Landscapes.

FCP / RCP
Crest introduced the Rough Compositing method of filtering the shots before it reached composting from rendering, especially relevant to TV and DVD production.

Storages
Crest's storage server – with an aggregate throughput of 1.5GBps – is the "Worlds Largest Polyserve based EFS Cluster of HP" and the performance of the storage server can be increased across the years of expansion.
 
NonBlocking Network Architecture
Crest’s central technological nervous system is a Giga Network. We were the first to implement Foundry-based 10Gig in the country during the initial launch of 10Gig in the global market.
